2017 Women’s March

After changing the theme of my website from Center Row to Freedom, I met with my professor to discuss the progress I am making on the development of my interactive website about the 2017 Women’s March. We discussed moving the thumbnail image currently located on the top left of the home page to the center, and debated whether it could be made larger. I am still trying to figure out how to remove “my kitchen” from the url. Professor Heppler suggested contacting the web server for help. I am also going to combine several current exhibits on the websites into one, then adding a few sub exhibits instead.

To get further help with the overall look and feel of the website, I have made an appointment with George Mason University’s Digital Humanities Librarian.  The issues I am hoping to address are: how to configure the YouTube and Geolocation plugins, and possibly suppressing “collections” for now.
